The customer service by Rudolf Kunkel Maschinenbau operates on a world-wide basis.

Kunkel machines are characterized by their rugged design and minimal maintenance requirements. However, after years and decades of use, certain service works may still be necessary. Should this be the case, our service team can be reached daily from 7 am to 18 am (GMT +1hr). Urgent orders will be handled on the following day; all other details are agreed upon after consultation with the client.
