Similar to the DZ line this straightening press can extend pressure in both directions while only requiring one position of the workpiece. With one fixed and one moveable straightening beam, the heavy bent parts do not need to be moved crossways to the transport direction. The press triangle consists of two blocks closely positioned next to each other (to be regarded as one unit) and two separate extended straightening blocks. Again, the integration of laser-supported measuring devices, well protected by a steel construction, is an available option.

Obviously, power-supported adjustment of the straightening blocks is a useful feature. Massive and hardened powered rolls complement this outstandingly ergonomically designed straightening press.

PC control with a measuring roll integrated into the machine table is another option enabling controlled straightening/bending according to pre-defined data parameters or semi-automated straightening respectively.

Selected machines of the EZ line facilitate a third forming direction in a single clamping set-up, applied for example for narrow profiles such as railroad track profiles.
